How to track
1. Click "Order Tracking" in the home navigation drawer (bottom of the list).
2. Input your order number (start with #, or so, shown in the upper right area of the order update & order confirmation email) or input email address(the one which receives order confirmation/update email) and click "inquire" .
3. Submit a query on the return issue.
4. Click "view detail" to see the tracking history of your packages.
